Customer Card

*All purchases are valid for the issuance of the Discount Voucher with the exception of technical assistance services, batteries, jewelry cleaning products, bracelets, gift bags, outlet products and specific promotions. Discount Vouchers are valid for 3 months.
Discount Vouchers can only be used on the purchase following their issuance.

The BlueBird Card is the property of BLUEBIRD, with registered offices at Rua Eng. Ferreira Dias, 924-2.º andar - salas E35/E36, 4100-246 Porto, and with the VAT number 504609513, ("BlueBird"), the holder of which is the Customer who accepts these General Conditions.

a) The BlueBird Card is valid in BlueBird shops in Portugal and in the online shop at www.bluebird.pt.
b) Joining the loyalty programme allows for the accumulation of the value with your purchases in order to get access to reductions, offers, exclusive promotions and receive the BlueBird Newsletter.
c) The BlueBird Customer Card is entitled to request a duplicate of the warranty slip via apoiocliente@bluebird.pt.
d) The loyalty programme rewards customers for purchasing products at BlueBird shops. Customers have access to discount vouchers depending on the purchases they make. See all the conditions for the Discount Vouchers below.
e) It is the Customer's responsibility to indicate their card number (alternatively their mobile phone or e-mail address) at the time of each purchase so as to gain access to all the benefits of the Customer Card.
f) A purchase and its value with a Customer Card can only be correlated at the time of purchase.
g) All purchases are valid for use of Customer Card benefits with the exception of technical assistance, batteries, watch straps, jewellery cleaning products, gift bags and one-off promotions.
h) Customers are entitled to an immediate 5% discount on all purchases made on their birthday. We consider this to be the period starting 8 days prior and 8 days after their birthday. A discount is applicable from the second purchase. This cannot be used with other promotions.
i) BlueBird reserves the right to cancel, replace or change the loyalty programme with a minimum of 30 days notice.

a) Receive a €10 voucher for every €100 in an eligible purchase (net amount actually paid after discounting vouchers or credit notes). A purchase of €200 entitles you to two €10 vouchers, and a purchase of €1,500 entitles you to 15 €10 vouchers. The number of vouchers issued may vary, however, the monetary value of each voucher is always the same;
b) Discount Vouchers can only be issued to Customers with a Card;
c) If the purchase is made without association with a Customer Card, the Voucher will not be issued. Subsequently, the purchase cannot be associated with the Card;
d) All purchases are valid for issuing the Discount Voucher with the exception of technical assistance services, batteries, bracelets, jewelry cleaning products, gift bags, outlet products and specific promotions;
e) The Discount Voucher is sent by email and SMS to the contact registered in the customer file, after the sale is completed in store. In an online purchase, the Voucher is sent by email, after the invoice is issued (when the order is shipped).
f) The Discount Voucher can only be used the day after it is issued;
g) Each voucher is applied to a single product, even if the purchase includes multiple products;
h) The Discount Voucher can only be used on a product with a value greater than twice the value of the voucher. A €10 Discount Voucher can only be used on a product with a value equal to or greater than €20;
i) It is possible to combine multiple discount vouchers and apply them to a single product. The value of the product must always be at least double the total value of the combined vouchers. However, once vouchers are combined, they cannot be separated again.
j) The Discount Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The Discount Voucher may not be used after its expiration date;
k) The Discount Voucher is not convertible into cash and must be used to purchase products in BlueBird physical stores or online store;
l) The Discount Voucher cannot be used for technical assistance, batteries, bracelets, e-gifts, gift bags, engravings and jewelry cleaning products.
m) The Discount Voucher can only be used by its holder, upon presentation of the same at a BlueBird store, or by redeeming it in our online store (www.bluebird.pt);
n) The exchange of a purchase where the Discount Voucher was used results in the issuance of a credit note with the amount paid and the issuance of a new Discount Voucher to replace the voucher used initially;
o) When returning an order made on bluebird.pt, the vouchers generated by these orders will be cancelled, or if they have already been used, they will be discounted from the return to be made.
