Can I personalize my Christmas gift?
Yes, you can personalize your Christmas gift with a special message engraved on the jewelry or watch you choose. Whether it's a date, initials, or a message of love and affection, engraving makes your gift even more unique and memorable. The engraving service is available for various jewelry and watch products, for an additional cost. If a product is available for engraving, you will find a field on the product details page where you can enter your engraving text. Products with engraving have a longer delivery time, so don’t leave it until the last minute. Purchase your gift now and ensure it arrives in time for Christmas.
Can I save my favorite products?
Yes. You can browse online before Christmas, save the products you like the most to your wishlist, and share it to receive what you most desire. To save your favorite jewelry or watch, you must log in or register. Once registered, add your desired products by clicking on “♥ Wishlist” on each product’s detail page. After selecting your favorites, you can access your wishlist by clicking on the heart symbol (♥) in the top right corner. On the wishlist page, click the “Share via email” button and enter the email of the person you want to receive your wishlist.
Is it possible to exchange or return products bought at BlueBird?
All jewelry and watches purchased at BlueBird can be exchanged or returned according to the BlueBird policy, with the exception of personalized items with engraving. For all purchases made from October 1, the exchange period is extended until January 31 of the following year. To request a return, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order, either in our physical stores or by sending the product to our address. Is the Christmas campaign exclusive online?
No, all BlueBird stores will have various suggestions to celebrate Christmas. You can buy your gift for your loved ones online at www.bluebird.pt or in one of the 11 BlueBird physical stores in Portugal: Braga Parque, Norte Shopping, Mar Shopping, Arrábida Shopping, Gaia Shopping, 8º Avenida (São João da Madeira), Leiria Shopping, Palácio do Gelo - Viseu, Centro Colombo, Alma Shopping (Coimbra), and Algarve Shopping. How long does delivery take for Christmas orders?
On the product page, you can check the date range during which your order/product may be delivered. This information applies to Mainland Portugal, except in cases of delays by the couriers we work with. BlueBird offers the Click & Collect Express service, allowing order pickup at the store within 2 hours. For this, it is mandatory that the product you wish to purchase is available at your preferred store. Make your purchase in advance to ensure you receive it in time to gift your loved ones this Christmas.
What is the deadline for paying for my order, and what payment methods are available?
The available payment methods are Multibanco, MBWay, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Universo Flex, and FLOA (Installment payments). If you choose Multibanco, please note that there is no stock reservation, so the product you ordered may no longer be available by the time you complete the payment. By choosing the other payment methods, you can guarantee the purchase of your favorite products without worries. It is faster and more secure.
