“Flexi” is a combination of several payment methods offered by Svea through the SeQura technology platform, allowing you to choose whether to pay for your purchase over 3 months with no interest or additional fees, or over 6, 9, or 12 months with a financing cost applied. To use this method, you must add the watch or jewelry piece you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, log in or create an account, and then select this payment method at checkout. Next, you should choose your preferred number of instalments and enter the requested information. You will receive a security code via SMS. After that, you must select the card from which the payments will be charged. On the day of the order, you will only pay the first instalment, and the remaining payments will be automatically charged on the same day of each following month. Every month, a payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Is there an order value limit for using SeQura?

Yes, there is. The SeQura payment method can only be used for orders with a value between €50 and €3000. Credit approval is entirely subject to SeQura’s decision.

How are the instalments paid?

The instalment payments are automatically charged each month to the card used for the first payment of the purchase. Once the amount has been charged, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.

All changes are free of charge and without penalties. However, €1 will be charged to the new card for validation purposes, and this amount will later be refunded to the same card.
