Official Service & Warranty

If the product is faulty or defective, do one of the following:

1. Deliver the jewellery or watch product for repair in or out of warranty to the shop*, accompanied by the relevant invoice. Upon delivery you will receive a receipt which you must use to collect the product when you receive notification that it has been completed.
*In December, the delivery of out-of-warranty repairs may be constrained by the high volume of customers in shop.

2. You can also send us your article by post to XX.

- The products are sent by BlueBird to the respective brands for repair.
- If you are not covered by the guarantee, a quotation will be sent to you by email for your approval.
