Can I personalise my Valentine's Day gift?
Yes, you can personalise your Valentine's Day gift with an engraved message on the jewel or watch of your choice, be it initials, a date, a name, or a declaration of love. With engraving, you can make your gift unique and unforgettable. The engraving service is available for various jewellery and watch products, with an associated cost. If the product is available for engraving, you will find a field on the product detail page to enter the engraving text. Can I send my wish list to my boyfriend or girlfriend?
Yes. You can do your research online before Valentine's Day, save the products you like best in your favourites list and share it to receive what you want most.
To be able to save the jewellery or watch you like best, you need to log in or register. You can then add the products you want by clicking on the "♥" symbol on each product's detail page. Once you have chosen your favourites, access your favourites list directly by clicking on the "heart" symbol ♥ in the top right-hand corner. On the page, click on the "Share by email" button and enter the email address of the person you want to share your wish list with.
Can items bought at BlueBird be exchanged/returned?
All jewellery and watches purchased from BlueBird can be exchanged or returned in accordance with BlueBird's policy, with the exception of personalised pieces with the engraving service. To request an exchange and/or return, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. You can make the exchange/return at our physical shops or by sending the product to our address.

Is the Valentine's Day campaign exclusively online?
No, all BlueBird shops are getting into the spirit of LOVE to celebrate the most romantic day of the year. How long does it take for Valentine's Day orders to be delivered?
On each product page, you can find out the date range in which your order/product can be delivered, except in the case of carrier delays. Make your purchase in advance and ensure that you receive your gift in time for your loved ones.
